You can do move mindfully anywhere (at your desk, outdoors, during a break, in bed, in the studio, etc) and in any type of clothes. No need to buy new clothes or fancy equipment to do Yoga. Heck, wear your PJ’s if you feel comfortable like that!Be silly! Enjoy, play, laugh, go nuts! My intention is to help you let go of embarrassment or shame. There are simple stretches and relaxation exercises which you can learn to let go of tension and stress!Some days you might want to prioritize another type of movement, like a walk or dancing in your living room – there is no fixed schedule to movement (or Yoga).
